How to Build a Massive Chest With Pushups

Can you build a massive chest with pushups only? Yes. If you are looking for a way to strengthen your body and build a massive looking chest, pushups can get the job done.

Many experts will tell you that the bench press is almost the same exercise as the bench press. It’s not. To do pushups correctly you need to have a pretty strong body in general. If your body is weak your core will sag and your body will shake.

The bench press you just lay on a bench and start benching. Your body is supported on a bench you build no real function doing the bench press.

Have you ever seen men in the gym doing the bench press? They bounce the weight off their chest they arch their backs so high you could drive a truck under.

You really can’t bounce off the ground doing pushups and to get to the higher numbers you need to be in condition and have strength, to do the bench press requires no conditioning whatsoever.

But the greatest thing about the pushup is it has no limits. The pushup can be done anywhere, anytime in any position. This is what sets the pushup from the rest of the exercises.

You will never run out of ways to do pushups, you will never get bored with pushups because there is so many variations.

The chest will respond to the physical demands of pushups by growing bigger and harder, the more you throw at it the better you will become.

One exercise that you can try is called the “Wildman Bodybuilders” this is an exercise that requires strength, muscular endurance and explosive types of strength, not to mention the work, the rest of the body will get doing this simple pushup.

To do the Wildman Bodybuilder: Get in a pushup position – Start walking forward by bounding one arm at a time, at the same time you need to keep the core strong and leap forward as in a hopping motion. This is a real killer if you can make it 100 yards in under 15 minutes. Watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgn-UwU0C_4
